why doesn’t the camera record at 1080p resolution? when opening the srihome app the camera does not record at 1080p but 360p. why is there no default setting set at 1080p?

Great app. The cctv features are so great too! Mic, speaker, light modes, remote view on phone, alarm works well, just need thorough setup and testing. Has also human tracking, motion detection, video downloads, etc. I dont know why people are giving low rating, they are probably idiots who doesnt read the manual and just mess with the settings

Guys I have 2 same cameras sh024. I added some accounts in the visitors management setting also to have more people monitoring. But after couple days only at the one out of two cameras, the menu crashes when I am trying to enter visitors management setting and additionally when we are trying to monitor the specific camera from two different accounts the camera becomes black and occasionally reboots. – all fine with a simple reset thanks team.

It was easy and quick to set up the camera. All the app features worked as expected. Adding a 2nd user to the camera by registering a new account, was easy too. Just bought a 2nd SriHome camera and it also worked great on the app. The setup was pretty easy by using the QR Scanner. Great job mates 👍🏼

Hey Developers, I’d noticed some phone have a download button to download the cctv recordings to local(phone) storage. However my phone (Realme Narzo P20) I’ve never seen any download button for the cctv recordings. Please fix this bugs. Update: Thanks for the swift reply. I’m able to download recording now.
