①Open the NVR system desktop, pop up the login interface, and click “Forgot Password”
② Enter the password retrieval interface and click “Retrieve Password” (the recovery key is the verification code sent to you by mobile phone email)
③After clicking Retrieve Password, a message indicating successful transmission will pop up. If the transmission fails, please check your email (Note: If you don’t know how to set up your email, please check the related articles on “Change Password.”)
④After the transmission is successful, wait for the key to be sent to the mobile mailbox. After receiving the recovery key through the mobile mailbox, enter it.
⑤Click “OK” after completing the input. When the password appears, it means the password retrieval is successful.
